Target Range:
$66,560.00/Yr. - $73,000.00/Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 4%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 4%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

If so, the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) business unit wants you as a Data Analyst. You will apply your strong technical and analytical skills to developing best in class risk monitoring and governance tools.
To excel in this role, you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, a deep understanding of essential data analysis tools and databases, and a practical understanding of how these tools can produce optimal results.
Responsibilities:
- Work to clearly define scalable business requirements with GRC teams (Bank Secrecy Act, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management) to design and implement reporting and analytics for monitoring, audit, and data collection requests.
- Analyze and leverage high-volume data to identify relationships, trends, and exceptions.
- Troubleshoot data quality and technology issues, debug code and optimize queries.
- Perform risk and regulatory related special projects and assignments, as directed.
- Identify and execute enhancement and automation opportunities for business unit processes.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years' of Python and/or R experience or demonstrably equivalent skill (specifically custom automation, integration with SQL, data analysis and/or AI/ML libraries).
- 1+ year of data visualization (Tableau or Power BI) experience or demonstrably equivalent skill (specifically building dashboards and high impact visualizations).
- 1+ year of SQL experience or demonstrably equivalent skill (specifically developing and optimizing queries, customizing to specific requirements, and analyzing data).
Preferred:
- Financial services background with understanding of core banking and securities clearing products and familiarity with compliance practices.
- Workflow development tools in an Agile environment (ServiceNow, Azure and/or Jira).
- Familiarity with systems development processes such as UAT testing and data validation.
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and Oracle database best practices.
- Familiarity with advanced modelling concepts and validation.
