Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist

ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Marketplace Specialist to support our premier ecommerce client’s growing marketplace operations, working hybrid (4 days/week) in the Greater Milwaukee area. The Marketplace Specialist assists with core functions in operating, maintaining and growing an e-commerce marketplace, including reviewing product content, seller onboarding and support, and troubleshooting.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

SELLER SUPPORT

• Help manage the company’s marketplace platform (Mirakl) for resolving errors, accepting items, and product upload errors
• Act as the gatekeeper for potential products to be sold on the ecommerce site.
• Educate sellers on using Mirakl for product uploads, updating price and inventory, and fulfillment
• Answer questions from sellers about the business policies for the company’s Marketplace

INTERNAL SUPPORT

• Work with internal teams to setup approved products for sale on the ecommerce site
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute improvements to grow and improve user experience
• Assist with the return process for marketplace orders

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Experience in digital, merchandising, or other relevant experience
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Problem solver with an analytical approach
• Great interpersonal skills

PREFERRED

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experienced in e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
