We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both technical and non-technical recruitment and be proficient with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn recruiter and strategic sourcing. You will play a critical role in identifying and attracting the best talent to our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Utilize Greenhouse ATS effectively for tracking applicant progress, maintaining candidate data, and generating reports.
• Develop and post job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and refine recruitment policies and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.

Expected Pay Range

$60,000 — $90,000 USD
