Title: Head of Sales Operations & Strategy, Client Growth
Division & Department: Enterprise Operations

Job Summary
FranklinCovey is seeking a head of sales operations and strategy for our client growth & expansion business. This role will partner with, and serve, as Key Advisor to our VP of Sales. You will co-own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, manage our investments, and maximize our returns of the respective business. The person best suited for this role is business generalist comfortable with both high level strategy and flawless execution.
Essential Job Functions
Lead the annual sales planning process which includes, but is not limited to: forecast the following fiscal years bookings, develop the GTM strategy, manage key investment & headcount strategy, territory carving & account loads, quota creation, and compensation plan development
Lead a team of 3+ directly reporting team members including staffing decisions and performance management.
Lead the weekly forecasting process. Develop a forecasting methodology and create our forecasting process and procedure. Facilitate weekly forecasting calls with the executive team. Identify risk and opportunity to the financial plan.
Own key business initiatives to help FranklinCovey accelerate revenue generation and the growth of current clients
Own systems and technology recommendations to help drive greater sales efficiency and effectiveness
Measure the health of the business by identifying the right KPI’s, building a scalable way to measure and bring visibility to them. Own the quarterly business review process in your business and communicate back to the executive team
Key Advisor to the VP of Sales helping them create and run the normal rhythm of business
Own, create, and scale sales process and procedure to enterprise grade levels
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (combination of High School diploma + four years of progressive sales or customer service experience considered degree equivalent)
8+ years of working experience in sales operations, management consulting, or investment banking
2+ years managing a team of directly reporting employees.
Preferred Skills & Experience
3+ years working in high growth companies.
Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Executive level communication and presentation experience.
Proven track record of building GTM strategies and the execution.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and other Sales Platforms/Tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
For location-specific compensation:
California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $215-230k OTE split 80/20 between base/variable pay. Actual offer may be outside of this prediction and will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
