Job Overview:
The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting team sales activities to maximize revenue. This position reports directly to the Chief Innovation Officer.
Essential Duties:
- Communicating with the Team on a daily basis
- Creating and updating proposals, sales decks & marketing materials
- Scheduling appointments for sales visits
- Coordinating site walks with vendors & property staff
- Creating and sending invoices (both customers and vendors)
- Coordinating car wash, charging, maintenance and repairs when needed
- Occasional vehicle charging and wash when necessary
- Checking battery situation and coordinating charging sessions to maximize revenue
- Taking calls from service users and properties
- Assist in making and adjusting bookings for users
- Creating posts to social media service
- Reporting to Chief Innovation Officer
- Occasional Property Visits on Oahu
- Occasional Travel inter-island is available, but not required
- Occasional weekend and off-hour work may be required
Necessary Skills:
- English (Excellent communication skills)
- PC (Google Suite and Microsoft)
- Canva
- Social media
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
