In this role, successful candidates will be responsible for all elements of the clinical laboratory operations including point of patient reception, specimen collection, specimen processing, and reporting for all entities owned or affiliated with Interpath Laboratory, Inc. within area. Please click here: Benefit Highlights: Dental Basic Life/AD& D 401(K) with discretionary employer match Paid Time Off Free clinical diagnostic laboratory testing performed in house Pay:\$18.98 - \$25.69 Per Hour DOE Schedule: Part-time; Monday - Friday 7am to 12pm Location: Float; 920 Emkay Dr. #103 *Must have valid driver\'s license and clean driving record to travel to various work locations* Essential Job Functions: Administrative duties: Providing excellent customer service, answering phones, and monitoring for instrumentation alarms. Technical responsibilities: Retrieving blood samples and other specimens, preparing them for laboratory testing, and performing screening procedures. Accurate data management: Verifying specimen information, performing data entry, and properly identifying patient information. Specimen handling: Receiving, processing, and packaging samples for referral labs while maintaining specimen integrity. Compliance: Following safety protocols, HIPAA policies, Medicare rules, and participating in quality assurance. Flexibility: Covering work shifts at different sites as needed to ensure smooth operations.
