The Sales & Events Coordinator role at Holiday Inn Boston - Bunker Hill Area in Somerville, Massachusetts is a dynamic position that involves the coordination and execution of sales and events activities. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups
- Assist with event planning and execution, including booking event space, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or event coordination is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using MS Office and Opera preferred
