In your role as Product Manager – Bank Payments
You will:
- Create, manage, and own TabaPay’s Bank Payments suite which includes ACH, RTP, FedNow, as well as related non-Card products
- Be the subject matter expertise on RTP, FedNow, ACH with deep technical know-how on how they work as well as their operating procedures and network rules
- Collaborate with the internal product owners for API and TabaPay Portal to deliver the best bank payments across these channels
- Own the bank payments roadmap and execute against it; conduct product management lifecycle to write clear requirements, review them with development teams, successfully deliver tools required for payment risk and fraud across APIs, TabaPay Portal, and Developer Documentation
- Understand TabaPay Clients’, both our sponsor banks’ and merchants’, and work on fulfilling their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure to deliver on their requirements from a product standpoint
- Educate clients during boarding process and work alongside our Boarding and Support teams to offer incoming clients a great experience
Requirements
- Passionate about payments
- Relevant work experience and excellent in-depth understanding of ACH, RTP, FedNow and related bank products including bank verification and associated network rules
- 3+ years minimum of Product Management experience; hands-on experience in execution, creating user stories and backlog refinement
- In-depth knowledge of payment rail formats
The pay range for this position is $115,000-$125,000 for base pay; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits as listed below, dependent on the position offered.
This position is a hybrid position and must be able to commute to our Mountain View office at least 2 days a week.
