Job Description

Seneca Federal Health is seeking a Recruiting Delivery Manager to support our government client. The Recruiting Delivery Manager will support a pilot hiring program for the Defense Health Agency by providing direct support to both the internal government team and the external staffing partner.


The Recruiting Delivery Manager will be responsible for enhancing the staffing channels by ensuring that qualified candidates are in the hiring pipelines. This will facilitate readiness and preparation for the implementation and sustainment of MHS Genesis.


This is a remote position, but will require some travel to military medical facilities in California and Washington State.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Provide recruiting program management and service delivery support for pilot hiring program.
  2. Establish relationships with both the staffing partner key contributors and the government leads.
  3. Coordinate with staffing partner on open requirements.
  4. Deliver high quality service to the program leads by matching the skills of supplied candidates to open requirements and ensuring identified candidates meet all required skills and have all needed experience.
  5. Coordinate with internal team to interview, hire and onboard identified candidates.
  6. Responsible for responding to issues, questions and concerns from both the staffing partner and government leads, effectively resolving issues and situations, and escalating when appropriate.
  7. Perform a variety of administrative and logistical tasks that support the overall mission of quality service and performance.

Requirements

  1. 2-4 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience recruiting in relevant industry environment including federal recruitment/hiring, healthcare preferred. Experience must be recent.
  3. Public Trust Eligibility.
  4. Experience with USAJOBs and DoD HR Systems.
  5. Must have recruiting and interviewing skills and familiarity with relevant employment law.
