ROLE: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services
LOCATION: New York City (happy to relocate from the UK or Australia)
SALARY: $100,000 + uncapped commission

They 3 offices in London, Hong Kong and New York and are looking to open further locations in 2021. They work across Professional Services, Financial Services and Commerce & Industry and placing candidates within Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Tax, Consulting, Technology, Finance, HR, and Global Market Sales & Trading. They cover both contingent and retained recruitment and 50% of their roles are exclusive.
They have a strong client base which includes FTSE 100 companies, Fortune 500 businesses, major banks, Pan-Asian financial Institutions, Global and regional professional services firms, mid-tier organizations, blue-chip, public, private and not-for-profit organizations, as well as some of the world’s fastest growing businesses.
Ideal Candidate:
-Will have experience recruiting in Financial Services
-Will have at least 2+ years full desk recruitment experience in the US
-Will be confident in developing new business and full life cycle recruitment
-Credibility with senior level clients and candidates
-Ambitious, target driven and consultative
