Tax Preparer - TX - On Site

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accountant / Tax Specialist with some administrative roles specific to accounting and small business.
• Tax preparation for businesses
• Comfortable dealing with the IRS or already licensed
• Bookkeeping experience (Quickbooks desktop and Quickbooks Online)
• Follow up calls to clients/ scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's accounting, finance or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience with accounting firms.
• CPA or EA certified
• Proactive
• Outgoing
• Good working under pressure
• Used to fast paced environments
