The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, increase market share, and enhance brand presence.
2. Drive impactful change in the hospitality industry.
3. Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
2. 5+ years progressive hotel sales experience.
3. Minimum 2 years hotel sales leadership experience or equivalent.
4. Ability to execute a Sales and Marketing Plan to enhance revenue.
5. Possess established relationships within the local agency community.
6. Demonstrate strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills.
7. Business communication skills both written and verbal.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Suites.
9. Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems.
10. Present confidence and a professional appearance.
