TITLE: Analyst I
LOCATION: Mountain View, CA (on-site)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 7 months
Analyst I Responsibilities:
- Analytics and Insights: Execute in-depth analyses across multiple data sets (e.g. revenue, product adoption, operations, headcount data) to identify opportunities & make recommendations for growth.
- Update weekly reporting dashboards & forecast models.
- Track key performance metrics across teams & identify insights to drive improvements.
- Perform data analysis on the voice of customer responses to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Support administrative needs from the broader team, such as filing tickets, troubleshooting assignment process errors, testing workflows for callback numbers for operational teams, and developing voice analytics text trackers.
- Manage the quarterly forecasting process, setting templates & reminding site leads of deadlines. Also, oversee the delivery of quarterly quality audit completion by site.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Present clear and compelling data-backed stories to senior leadership, influencing strategic direction and business outcomes.
Analyst I Requirements:
- Required bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3+ years of related experience.
- Strong professional etiquette, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing & disseminating information accurately.
- Ability to present findings in a polished way.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
- Able to operate autonomously, with limited supervision.
Analyst I Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in a sales environment or with third-party vendors.
- Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business planning.
- Conversational skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $35.24 to $42.29 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
