Position: Office ManagerLocation: Richardson, TXDuration: 9-months with potential for extensions*MANDARIN-SPEAKING REQUIRED *Job Description:Office ManagementMaintain office condition and arrange necessary repairs and maintenanceOrganize office layout and order office stationery, supplies and equipmentLiaise with facility management vendors (such as landlord’s property management, catering, cleaning, etc.)Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reportingTeam with Corporate Admin team to ensure prompt and proper actions are taken for office payment process, landlord approval coordination, estoppel certificates signing, and business license renewalCoordinate shipping and mail servicesAssist in onboarding and off-boarding processes as neededAssist in payment process as neededFollow policies to implement and execute company standards and proceduresAdministrative SupportProvide administrative support to executives and local team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reportingOrganize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action itemsPlan in-house or off-site events and activitiesAssist with Interview arrangements with project teamAssist with special projects and initiatives, conducting research and preparing reports as neededOther Ad-Hoc assignmentsRequirements:College+ education or equivalent experience3+ years proven EA or office manager experienceExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsProficiency in MS OfficeManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
