Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in employee benefits consulting, with a focus on group health insurance and ancillary benefits
- Experience in mid-market Account Management
- Experience in partially self-funded health plans, ASO arrangements, and captives
- Expertise in program analysis and recommendation development
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills for project/compliance plan oversight
- Self-starting personality – able to manage personal workflow effectively
- Experience with client-facing presentations and project management
- Knowledge of ACA and other relevant state and federal laws

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience, Master's degree or other pertinent certification preferred.
