What You’ll Do:
- Generate sales by engaging with new customers via phone, voicemail, and email to promote financial services (loans) in a call center environment.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Educate customers on our lending products and services.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation techniques to close sales.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Look For:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- Previous experience in sales is beneficial but not required.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection gracefully.
- Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Adaptability to evolving sales techniques.
- Fluency in Spanish a strong plus!
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance. The starting hourly rate for this job is $18.00 per hour.
