Job Description:Position Responsibilities· Hires, develops, and leads a team of digital experts who are responsible for delivering critical engagement metrics across the digital funnel.· Fosters a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the team.· Collaborates across the complex organization by developing an operating model that efficiently delivers customer experiences across digital platforms for both consumer and business customers.· Leads the digital communications and engagement strategy, including prioritization of customer messaging across the platforms, representing both evergreen and campaign messaging to deliver the right message at the right time across the digital journey.· Partners with Strategy, Traffic, Conversion, and Personalization leaders by leveraging data to guide prioritization of funnel improvements for the customer journeys.· Responsible for the homepage experience and performance, including strategy, measurement and execution across desktop, mobile web, and app.· Responsible for upper funnel page strategy and execution across digital platforms, driving engagement, and improving click through rates to strengthen the funnel and drive results.· Oversees digital campaign strategy and execution to drive key performance metrics across our critical go to market strategies.Preferred Skills· Experience with e-commerce platforms and technologies. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
