JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing quality control. Developing and adhering to quality standards for KIOTI Tractor. This position is also responsible for written and technical information for dealers, customers, and employees. In addition, this position will create and maintain policies to routinely and systematically accomplish quality standards and resolve control issues.

JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing quality control. Developing and adhering to quality standards for KIOTI Tractor. This position is also responsible for written and technical information for dealers, customers, and employees. In addition, this position will create and maintain policies to routinely and systematically accomplish quality standards and resolve control issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
- Evaluate and correct quality issues related with various OEM vendors including, packaging, damages, errors, and shipping/transportation of products
- Develop and perform both systematic and random audit/inspection processes for products in the wholegoods and parts departments
- Assist with the Product Development and Product Line Managers on product resolution as required
- Conduct inventory campaigns, compose service bulletins and product advisories as required
- Generate and compile reports related to quality metrics, process performance, and compliance indicators.
- Execute root cause analysis on failed parts as required
- Test and evaluate new products including, assembly, tear down, and revision as required
- Complete product reviews and reports as required
- Develop assembly instructions for current and new products
- Coordinate new product assembly and quality inspections prior to product launch
- Review and proof-read manuals prior to product launch or as revisions are implemented
- Other assignments as directed by the Quality and Assembly Department management
- Assist with ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are implemented, maintained, and continuously improved.
- Assist with directing quality inspector in the acceptance of incoming inventory inspections, outgoing inspections and in production inspections; maintain documentation as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of mechanical experience, with a preferred background in agriculture or construction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with training and development of training materials
- Knowledge and experience with the following computer applications: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Solomon, CRM, or other similar applications preferred
- US Passport may be necessary for travel
