ResponsibilitiesPartner with marketing to lead the development Microsoft's Work Trend Index, coordinating survey design, report writing, data visualizations, and executing a breakthrough multi-channel communications plan that includes press, creators, events, social media, and internal communications.Lead an executive speaker program for industry events by partnering with the agency to identify, pitch, and staff events, manage onsite logistics, develop messaging, and contribute to brand creative and paid amplification tactics.Write bylines for outlets like Fortune, Harvard Business Review and Fast Company.Collaborate across teams to lead PR campaigns and announcements, manage reactive press inquiries, develop briefing books, prep executive spokespeople, write FAQs and messaging.As a lead on the team, you will also support annual planning and team development.
