Travel Nurse RN - CVICU in Robbinsdale, MN

**Experience:** Minimum 1 Year of Experience Required
**License:** Minnesota RN License
**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)
**Must-Have:**
- Adult and Geriatric Population Experience
- Open Heart Surgery, Impella, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), and Post-Cardiac Arrest Experience
- Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) Experience (Highly Preferred)
- Level I Trauma Experience (Highly Preferred)
- Epic Experience (Highly Preferred)
**Job Description:**
- Provide holistic care to patients and families in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit.
- Independently carry out nursing functions and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Develop and revise comprehensive care plans for patients throughout their life cycle, including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults.
- Coordinate care among various disciplines and delegate activities to other care providers.
- Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices.
- Implement personal leadership qualities to enhance practice standards and the environment of care.
- Execute standards of nursing practice, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Adjust and perform duties in accordance with the assigned unit's specific clinical skills and requirements.
- Participate in continual improvement of patient care standards and practices.
**Weekend Requirement:** Every other weekend
