As a Product Manager - Social you will be responsible for one of the fastest growing, and most innovative product areas. If you thrive on leading complex product initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that leverage cutting-edge data and technology to solve real business problems, then IAS could be the perfect place for you. As Product Manager, you will own and drive the strategy for our social media product suite, partnering with the biggest platforms like YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.


What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Lead Product Development: Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of major product features within our Social product suite, ensuring that product initiatives align with IAS’s strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Innovate and Scale: Challenge the status quo by driving innovation across our social media products, pushing boundaries to deliver solutions that enhance performance, scalability, and value for our customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration with Engineering and Data Science: Work closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure that product initiatives are technically feasible, scalable, and executed with precision.
  • Customer-Centric Product Design: Regularly engage with customers and collect feedback to inform product decisions, ensuring that our products meet the needs of advertisers and are optimized for high performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze large datasets to inform product strategy and prioritize features based on business impact.
  • Drive Strategic Partnerships: Work with external platform partners like YouTube, Meta, and TikTok to enhance product offerings and build long-term partnerships that align with IAS’s strategic goals.
  • Own Product Metrics: Define and own key product KPIs, using them to measure success and optimize features post-launch for continuous improvement.

You should apply if you have most of this experience:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of product management experience with a proven ability to lead high-impact initiatives and manage end-to-end product lifecycles.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with APIs, ability to read and understand API documentation, and experience working with databases and SQL.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate product vision clearly and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem Solver: Experience delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Adtech industry knowledge is a plus.

  • Experience in digital advertising technology, working with social media platforms like YouTube, Meta, or TikTok.
  • A passion for working in data-driven decision making, using analytics to drive product development and influence strategy.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional collaboration and aligning teams toward a shared product vision.

California Applicants: The salary range for this position is $113,000 - $135,000. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
