Assistant Trainer

As an Assistant Trainer, you would provide training to the Patient Service Coordinators at CORA. In addition to training and supporting the PSC role, you may need to fill in when a clinic is temporarily short-staffed with Patient Services Coordinators. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has previous customer service experience, enjoys teaching and helping others, and takes initiative to get things done. This is a full-time position .

What You'll Need:
• A minimum of high school diploma; an Associate's degree or certificate is preferred
• Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Word and Excel is required
• Proficient in data entry and management
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• High level of personal integrity, reliability, and honesty
• Ability to travel as needed through local region
What You'll Do:
• Learn, perform, and teach others the duties of the Patient Services Coordinator position
• Provide training and orientation to all new PSCs on company standards, billing policies and procedures, CPAS, scheduler, and all other duties
• Serve as a mentor and resource for all PSCs
• Assist PSC Regional Trainer with interviewing and hiring of PSCs as needed
• Ensure compliance with all front desk and billing related tasks
