We’re seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to spearhead our digital presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you’ll craft compelling content, manage our social media accounts, and play a crucial role in our digital marketing strategy. You’ll have the freedom to bring your innovative ideas to life, creating engaging short-form videos, managing community interactions, and staying ahead of social media trends. Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Develop and edit attention-grabbing short-form videos
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages
- Research industry trends and curate relevant content
- Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation while maintaining our unique brand voice
- Proactively suggest and implement new strategies to boost our social media presence
- Monitor social media analytics and adapt strategies for optimal performance
- Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Proven track record of creating engaging content across various social platforms
- Proficiency in video editing and basic graphic design
- Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone for different platforms
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and social media management
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Passion for staying updated on social media trends and best practices
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple platforms efficiently
