Job Requirements / Description
- Be able to pack the most difficult jobs within Phoenix – specifically small vials on Units and TM1 line.
- Read and understand completely a factory order, drawing and procedures.
- Distinguish between acceptable and rejectable ware.
- Be able to pack 2 lines on U1-U2 > 30mm length with acceptable quality while maintaining standard run times.
- Be able to pack any type of hand pack with acceptable quality while maintaining standard run times in the Printer & Unit Department.
- Has been formally trained by QC/QA.
- Has a proven record of excellent quality while training with QC/QA.
- Be able to check/Inspect ware in printer department.
- Communicate problems to the Printer/Unit Operators, QC/QA and Crew Leader.
- Assists in other production related duties when necessary.
