The Sales Account Manager will identify prospects, cultivate relationships, and close new business (selling into existing Esko accounts and generating new leads), by understanding customer’s needs and guiding them through transformation.
You’ll enjoy a high degree of autonomy, whilst also collaborating internally with Inside Sales and a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, working as a team to define solutions, and presenting them in a value-driven manner to the customer's C-Level executives.

We’re looking for…
- Must either have packaging sales experience (folding carton, labels etc) or a desire to move into sales and utilize prior packaging industry expertise. Production planning would be useful.
- Drive and energy, with an entrepreneurial and creative outlook to develop new business.
- Strong verbal & written communication (fluent English, plus either German, French, Italian or Spanish).
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration, with a consultative approach and strong relationship building, listening, influencing, and organizational skills.
- Flexible to travel across NA and visit customers up to 50% of the time.

The salary range for this role is $80-90K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
