Due to the nature of the position you will work remotely, however you must be within 1 hour of Oak Creek, WI in order to attend in-person team meetings and training events.
As a Key Account Customer Service Representative , you will be our first line of contact for our external customers to ensure the success of every sale. You will work remotely to input orders, source to multiple manufacturing and fulfillment centers, track order fulfillment status, update customers, and work with multiple teams such as Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery for your assigned accounts. You will directly manage an account load of customers and partner with our outside sales team for success. You will be empowered to solve customer-service related problems and implement corrective action plans. You will also gain an expert understanding of our policies, procedures, and goals.

You will report to the Customer Service Supervisor. This role is available as a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input customer orders; sourcing to multiple fulfillment centers, late order and fulfillment tracking.
  • Update daily priority list, customer, and product file maintenance.
  • Work with Planning, Scheduling, Production and Shipping to ensure on-time shipments and manage inventory in a cost-effective manner.
  • Work with your supervisor to resolve issues and implement corrective action plans.
  • Occasionally travel for meetings, training, and team events.
Qualifications :
  • HS Degree, GED, or Equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting manufacturing or logistics.
  • Previous experience with high-volume and complex customer service; answering emails, completing orders, and taking calls to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Experience entering a high volume of order data daily with low error rate is essential.
  • Previous experience communicating ideas and solutions to customers, maintaining email/phone etiquette.
  • Experience resolving issues and requests, providing administrative support, follow ups, critically thinking.
  • Motivated to contribute proactively within a team environment.
  • Display enthusiastic, customer-focused professionalism.
