Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a small team of financial analysts providing financial support, reporting, and consultation to Agency and Specialty Lines leadership.
Design and build management reporting to measure performance against strategic goals and communicate this strategy to product and finance leadership.
Contribute to the innovation of current financial models, build new models, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of forecasts.
Lead and monitor financial policies and practices to ensure accurate and timely financial and operational reporting.
Partner across functions to incorporate strategic assumptions into annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Advise and serve as a business partner to Agency and Specialty Lines leadership and finance leadership team on business strategy, financial strategy, and business performance.
Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and methodologies.
Evaluate channel economics and drive investment analytics on expected vs. actual outcomes to continuously improve decision-making and assumption drivers.
Provide leadership; fostering alignment, transparency, and talent development across multiple teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
3+ years experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or similar field.
Prior management of analytical associates preferred.
Knowledge of advanced statistical, mathematical, and market research modeling techniques utilized to predict future outcomes for forecasting and planning purposes.
