The ideal candidate will prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects, ranging from small-scale retail to large commercial and industrial (they have worked on incredible projects including the Dallas Mavericks HQ and practice facility!).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to determine project scope.
• Perform material take-offs and labor estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to refine estimates.
• Stay current with industry trends, material costs, and labor rates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in a commercial construction setting.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in estimation software.
