Business Controls - Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

The business control officer will be the most senior advisor focused on risk and controls in the deposit or loan operations space:

• In this role you will be supporting the identification of issues to design and implement solutions for industry and regulatory expectations
• You will advise the deposit operations management with a risk and controls perspective, collaborate with the 2nd and 3rd line.
• Develop strong risk culture, conduct, and literacy in the first line.
• Develop and enhance Policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 8+ years on 1st or 2nd line risk and control’s function
• Strong understanding of rules and regulations related to loan or deposit operations
• Experience working in commercial banking
• Project management experience
