About the Role:
In this role, the Medical Director will provide a variety of animal healthcare duties in the hospital, as well as management , mentorship , and career development for veterinarian staff.
Additionally, this individual will ensure the regulatory compliance of the animal hospital as well as develop, approve, and maintain veterinary standards of care for all patients. The Medical Director (MD) is also responsible for ensuring an environment of positive teamwork among hospital staff. Active and productive collaboration between staff members is critical to the success of this position! The MD understands they will wear many hats and will be passionate about clinical excellence, leadership, recruiting, retention and advocating for the growth of Mission Veterinary Partners (MVP).
The Multi-Site Medical Director will lead our 2 small animal hospital locations in Imlay City and Port Huron, Michigan.

Our facility offers in-house testing for accurate diagnosis, high-definition digital x-ray, surgical suite, dentistry, in-house pharmacy, and more!

Our exotics doctor is a member of the Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians and the Association of Reptile and Amphibian Veterinarians.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Michigan Veterinarian (Active & Clear)
- 3+ Years Experience preferred, but not required
