Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, or specify mechanical products, equipment, systems or processes to meet requirements.
• Prepare, present and explain proposals, reports, cost estimates and findings to clients
• Commission, monitor, evaluate, or inspect the installation of systems for compliance with design. Accommodate, adapt and introduce changes to the design as required.
• Troubleshoot equipment & processes
• Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in engineering projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Civil engineering.
• 3-5 years process design experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment.
• Professional Engineering Licensure (PE) a plus.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP from PMI) a plus
• Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
• Knowledge and prediction of physical principles, laws, their interrelationships, and applications to understanding fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics, and mechanical, electrical, atomic and sub- atomic structures and processes.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
• Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
