Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist - (Cardio - CI Tech - CVIT)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1745.66 - $2011.31
Neuro Specials tech - (719)/ VIT needed asap 8 hrs am, 7a-3p/13 weeks On call required Type of equipment – cath lab, biplane, guidewires, catheters, balloons, stents, closure devices EMR - meditech Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Neuro IR experience · At least 1 year in specials procedures IR Current BCLS certification required. · Demonstrated clinical competence, as outlined in the appropriate orientation checklist · Maintains competency on a consistent basis · Thorough technical knowledge · Able to deal with stressful situation and to stand for long periods of time. · Neurovascular Course · Hospital approved abbreviation course Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Neuro IR proficiency · Experience in comprehensive stroke centers List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Thrombectomies · Cerebral Angiograms · Carotid Stenting/Angiography · Aneurysms and AVMs · Intracranial stenting/angio Best personality Fit: · Flexible and personable Floating Area(s): · Body IR, Radiology and Cardiac Cath, EP

Today, the hospital boasts 320 beds and a physician staff of more than 500 in an impressive 35 specialties. The facility offers 24 ER care, comprehensive cardiovascular services, a 30 bed NICU, Level III trauma care, and maintains the only pediatric heart program in the area. The hospital also provides the community with its only Accredited Diabetes Management Center in the region, as designated by the American Diabetes Association.
