Overview:

Locust Walk is a global investment bank that integrates corporate development strategy and execution with capital raising for innovative life science companies of all stages. We partner with founders, executives, and board members through all aspects of corporate development across company, asset, and deal lifecycles. Through our extensive market intelligence interfacing with investors, large pharma, biotechs, and academic leaders, we have a deep understanding of how science and data translates into actionable transactions and business strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and help design the data architecture for integration and data integrity of all current and future LW systems
  • Lead the implementation and integration of all LW’s non-sales and marketing systems
  • Design, oversee creation, and ongoing management of PowerBI dashboards to visualize all data and key metrics
  • Coordinate with new Sales and Marketing Manager on implementation of sales and marketing systems to ensure consistent data, reporting, and integration
  • “Own” all systems under purview including continual improvements
  • Manage SharePoint organization and clean-up
  • Manage all vendor relationships
  • Run custom analytics as requested by CEO/COO to drive better decision making
  • Investigate and integrate various AI tools into LW systems and best practices to increase productivity
  • Create SOPs and related documentation and tutorials for others to follow
  • Provide systems training the team and act as a point of contact for troubleshooting issues
  • Work with the Deal Team, Sales Operations, Marketing, Talent Management, and Finance professionals, research and deploy communication and accountability tools to improve the productivity of the team in all aspects of their jobs


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant project management experience implementing and customizing systems (CRM, ERP etc.) Experience with data architecture to develop custom PowerBI dashboards across all systems
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • General understanding of full lifecycle implementation and operations of a CRM/ERP application (configuration, customization, and deployment)
  • Self-reliant, good problem solver results oriented
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively
  • Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker
