Program Overview: Lexington's Summer Intern Program is intended to attract undergraduate and graduate college students who are studying business, finance, human resources, or other related fields. You will be given the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the progress of Lexington and its products, while gaining business acumen and real-world experience which will better prepare you to continue to make impactful contributions throughout your career.
Education: Must currently be attending an accredited university as a rising Junior or above majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Analytics or similar
Location: Bedford, Massachusetts
Experience: Your resume should show a demonstrated ability to manage priorities, communicate effectively, influence without authority, and learn quickly.
Responsibilities:
    • Support a variety of strategic and tactical initiatives across the people team including projects related to HR operations, employee branding, market research, and recruiting.
    • Collect, analyze, and present data to support short- and long-term decision making.
    • Organize, coordinate, and publicize company-wide and intern-specific engagement activities and events.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team including onboarding, offboarding, and preparing documentation.
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Participate in HR and cross-functional team meetings to contribute ideas and enhance processes and initiatives.
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information.
