What We Need:The Manufacturing Team Lead directly supports manufacturing operations and actively participates with the site operations leadership to align safety, quality, training, productivity, and engineering goals within the operations crews. This position reports to site leadership’s area management.What You'll Be Doing:Provides technical troubleshooting support for all coating operations.Provides consistent performance feedback to manufacturing employees.Facilitates and delegates training for their crew to support training goals set by the training team lead.Follows standard training processes as set by the train the trainer program.Leads Lean Daily Management (LDM) Activities.Supports communication between production shifts.Acts as the point of contact for any crew related safety, quality, training, productivity, or engineering needs.Manages work through processes.Identifies, communicates and follows through on gaps in procedures, work instructions, and product specifications.Actively communicates with site leadership to have aligned day to day goals.Other duties as assigned.What You Will Need To Be Successful:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to effectively train othersStrong interpersonal skillsFlexible in schedule to work overtime as neededAbility to utilize and navigate Microsoft Office programs and supporting system.Previous experience leading or developing manufacturing employees.About Us: Who we are:Brady makes products that make the world a safer and more productive place.
