This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support for any PRO Commercial jobs; whether from ACS owned, Property management or any Home Depot related PRO Jobs. This position is the point of contact person addressing setting up measures, building quotes, answering quote, questions, following up on open quotes, ordering material, coordinating installations schedule with workrooms, while following up closing all jobs and ensuring all payments are received are accounted for.
About You

  • You are a sales experienced administrator looking for your next challenge. You can manage the day-to-day operations of a showroom and the administrative duties involved
  • You have a proactive approach when it comes to engaging with customers during key points of a quote to make sure they are satisfied.
Essential Functions
(What you would be in charge of)

  • You will partner with THD to promote the PRO Carpet program, PAR Reps throughout the assigned territory.
  • You will partner with our Regional Installation Managers to improve THD store training on flooring product specifications
  • You will be the point of contact for ACS and the customer should there be issues or concerns regarding installation or pricing related to ACS driven sales
  • You will build quotes and measurements for vendors and ensure timely payments upon agreement
  • You will partner with Pro Account Sales in Atlanta or THD store directly for pending payments
  • You will create Purchase Orders (POs) for your specific sales and follow up to ensure product is delivered and payment received
  • You will maintain product pricing up to date
  • You will become familiar with the Showroom and provide coverage as needed

  • You have been in a sales role before and are looking for your next challenge

  • You are not afraid of challenges and adapt to changes in processes. You understand needs change and can change the course of negatively impacting issues.
