Construction Attorney - AM LAW 100

I am currently working with a leading AM LAW 100 ranked firm , who are actively looking to recruit a construction attorney to join of their leading St. Louis office.

Job Description:

The national group is seeking a Construction Attorneys to join it's St. Louis office. The ideal candidate will have a background in transactional construction matters.

Responsibilities:

• This position will handle a variety of complex transactional matters.
• Manage and oversee construction cases across a number of sectors, including industrial, energy, renewable, residential, and commercial projects.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on construction law issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to construction projects.
• Advise clients on construction contract negotiations and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance on construction projects.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Missouri state bar.
• A minimum of 3 year(s) of experience practicing real estate law - ideally gained in a large law firm setting.
• Construction law experience is a plus.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
