Leader in Training
Overview: Leaders in Training candidates should have at least 2 years of retail management experience. As part of our dynamic management pipeline, they are adept at overseeing store operations in collaboration with the Store Leader.

- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years in retail management preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication abilities and effectiveness in diverse situations.
- Capability to multitask effectively, especially in high-stress scenarios.
