As a Senior Data Science Product Manager on our iGaming Analytics team, you will have the opportunity to define and guide a cohesive, high-impact strategy for iGaming Data Science projects. This is an individual contributor role where you will partner cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Product Managers, Data Engineers, Analysts, and a wide set of stakeholders to design and deliver against an ambitious roadmap. You will use a combination of data analysis, stakeholder inputs, and industry instinct to identify the highest value priorities for the organization, and drive experimentation, optimization, and automation. What you’ll do as a Senior Data Science Product Manager - iGaming:

  • Translate business needs into project requirements and product roadmaps, to deliver large and impactful Data Science solutions for our online casino products.
  • Develop near-term and long-term strategies to better merchandise games, jackpots, promotions, and other features within our casino products and via marketing channels.
  • Guide a high performing data science function dedicated to automating operations where appropriate, optimizing investment decisions at the user level, and personalizing the user experience throughout our product ecosystem.
  • Identify competitive gaps and design best-in-class capabilities that excite our customers and deliver substantial value to the business.
  • Work with partners throughout product, engineering, operations, marketing, and more to understand needs, document requirements, and develop solutions.
  • Ensure execution runs smoothly across partner teams once project work is underway.
  • Work closely with Analytics and Business Stakeholders to define frameworks, testing, and monitoring to measure results and business value.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a data science or quantitative domain, working with engineering and data teams on technical projects.
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
  • Expertise in high-level product strategy, with experience creating clear product requirements, technical specifications, and testing plans in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong comprehension of A/B testing methodologies, with experience in developing testing frameworks and running live experiments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with data scientists, understand machine learning algorithms, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the proven ability to build relationships and exert influence across multiple teams and disciplines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,600.00 - $194,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
