We believe wholesome food should be the industry standard. We won’t put anything on your plate that we wouldn’t feed our own family — period. Every ingredient that goes into every dish on our menu is intentionally selected. As a matter of fact, we import a lot of our ingredients right from Italy. We choose our produce and meats based on the sustainability and regenerative practices of each farm. Our mission is to level up bar food while still keeping it approachable. Food that’s actually good for you shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg and you should feel good when you dine out, even at your neighborhood bar. At Pro Shop Pizza Co., we want you to feel confident in the food you’re eating, and you deserve to know what’s on your plate.
