The Role

We seek a dynamic individual to drive our operational excellence and business growth. This role is ideal for a versatile leader who can navigate ambiguity, drive strategic initiatives, and manage day-to-day operations and programs. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be pivotal in scaling our business and optimizing our processes.


Key Responsibilities (sprinkle Programs)

  • Lead the transition from a part-time to a full-time team structure
  • Develop and implement strategies for B2B market penetration
  • Optimize supply chain, inventory management, and customer service operations
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to support growth initiatives and programs
  • Manage and analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new team members


First 6-12 Month Goals

1.     Build and implement a scalable operations framework to support B2B expansion

2.    Develop and execute a production plan in line with sales demand

3.    Drive the successful launch of new product lines

4.    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments

5.    Build and lead a high-performing operations team


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of program and operations management experience, preferably in a B2B or tech environment
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team development
  • Proven track record in process improvement and operational scaling
  • Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing operations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability and comfort with a fast-paced, evolving environment
