This is a permanent position with room for growth in Charlotte, NC or Pittsburgh, PA.

This position requires high attention to detail.

As a Loan Shipper you will prepare mortgage closing documents and present them to the settlement team once the final closed loan package has been checked for accuracy and completeness.

Job responsibilities:

• Preparing accurate closing disclosures
• Review final documents after closing
• Shipping files
• Learn and maintain understanding if Quality Control and Audit procedures and Respa disclosures
• Meet branch LASR scores
• Manage the closing backlog and schedule
• Work closely with Processors and Loan Officers as well as Tile Company to meet disclosure distribution requirements
