DescriptionStrategic Alliance Manager - Central Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Remote, USA Compensation: $110,000 - $135,000 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp./Equity - Range may vary based on experience. Benefits Offered: Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, 401K ABOUT THE JOB This individual will be responsible for recruiting, developing, nurturing, and building pipeline through our North America Partner Channel relationships within our Central Sales Region. In this role, you will be working closely with the sales executives, leadership and teams to increase revenue from the partner community. You will ensure the successful achievement of go-to-market activities that produce qualified lead generation for Field Sales through our Partner Channel Network. This individual will be expected to engage senior leaders and executives at partner companies to facilitate sales opportunities, manage existing opportunities, utilize PartnerPlace solution assets and sales activities that align and support the stated goals. This role will be an accountable contributor to management and executive goals. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking, outstanding relationship management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. In addition, an ability to effectively collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including partner account managers, account leads, solution engineering, customer success, partner marketing, partner programs, and operations. This individual will be held accountable for achieving and exceeding the revenue performance quota via the partner channel in the assigned sales territory. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Be the Alliances primary contact for OneStream internal sales team of the allocated region For the specified region, own, develop, monitor, manage, and achieve referral revenue and co-sell revenue goals Meet or exceed quota targets Develop partner engagement activities, such as marketing campaigns, sales alignment, and ParnterPlace solution campaigns use, to support overall sales region partner strategy Generate pipeline through focused demand generation plan Engage senior executives to verify and execute stated regional goals Contribute to OneStream sales growth by driving and taking ownership of developing relationships across all alliance ecosystem partners in your territory, including technology partners, global advisors, regional advisors and our commercial partnerships. Align with Partners' Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Consulting teams at all levels, from individual contributors to management and executives. Attract alliance partner investments in Sales Kick-Off, Splash and Business Reviews. Ensure operational excellence and maintain a high level of business impact for Objectives and Key Results, pipeline generation and deal progression. Manage multiple, simultaneous communication streams for various partner activities including sales, marketing, enablement and miscellaneous initiatives. Work closely with the sales team and sales leadership to drive revenue from the partner community. Ensure the successful achievement of go-to-market activities that produce qualified lead generation for Field Sales through our Partner Network. Ensure the company objectives related to partner channel are achieved and reported to the executive management team. Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple stakeholders and projects. Required Education and Experience Four-year college degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience. Twelve or more years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Channel Sales, or Alliance / Channel management A working knowledge of Corporate Performance Management. A passion for sales and working with
