Our client, a global leader in pet food technology, is looking to add a Customer Service Sample Entry Analyst to their St. Louis, MO team.Description:POSITION SUMMARY:A customer facing role with responsibility for facilitating and expediting the processing of customer service requests, the Sample Entry Analyst I is the portal for the exchange of information between customers and our Analytical Labs technical/administrative staff, ensuring a positive customer experience, and overall ownership of entering submitted samples into the laboratory information management system (LIMS).Responsibilities:• Receive submitted samples/service requests and Initiate work flow/traceability through entry of requests and associated customer information into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)• Manages prioritization of submitted samples• Work safely and contribute to a safe and orderly working environment• Acts as customer initial and ongoing contact, handling internal and external customer service inquiries (e.g. available services, pricing, turnaround time, status, billing, etc.) through various communication mediums and in person• Manage customer sample/project needs and serve as liaison between customers and company personnel• Assist customers in obtaining their analytical data, including report distribution electronically or by mail• Act impartially, and work in accordance with the company management systemSkills & Qualifications:• Should be able to work in a high pace environment.• Excellent organizational skills.• Good collaboration and communication skills necessary.• Being able to lift 20 lbs• Data entry /data base previous experience desired.• Microsoft Office suite experience (Excel, Word, Outlook).• Science background encouraged.o Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
