As our Financial Analyst you will report to the Director of Finance and you will help provide financial insights, prepare reports, and support strategic decision-making to optimize our performance. On a given day, you may: Analyze financial data and trends to support business decision-making processes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to management. Conduct cost-benefit analysis and profitability assessments for service offerings. Assist in the development of financial models to predict future performance and analyze potential risks. Collaborate with department heads to optimize budgets and ensure financial goals are met. Support the preparation of financial presentations for senior management. Requirements for the role Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
