Must-haves

  • 10-12 years of experience utilizing technical and end-user management expertise across various platforms
  • Experience with VDI, Mobility, Citrix, and Collaboration solutions including cloud-based productivity applications like SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune and SCCM
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing technology roadmaps and delivering measurable improvements
  • Experience implementing and managing end-point operational analytics and end-user experience monitoring solutions
  • Experience working with Procurement and Service Desk teams
  • Demonstrated experience improving end-user experience from a hardware and access perspective


Day-to-Day

Insight Global is looking for a Digital Workplace Manager who will set direction and reimagine how firm employees use their productivity tools, devices and services. As a Digital Workplace Manager, you will report to the Associate Vice President of our Digital Workplace team to lead a highly technical team that manages a diverse set of collaboration, end-user, mobility and desktop management technologies and tools. You will build strong partnerships with other teams within Technology and Service to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

  • Demonstrate technical leadership implementing and supporting technical solutions focused on enhancing workforce productivity
  • Set a Digital Workplace strategy including End-user Computing with focus on enhancing end-user experience, challenging the status quo, applying technology trends and industry best practice
  • Improve process maturity focused on secure and efficient management of end-user devices
  • Help define KPIs demonstrating efficient and effective usage of end-user productivity tools and services
  • Use skills in governance and security to manage/mitigate risk through establishing effective controls, leveraging security related tools, creating and implementing associated processes through partnership with the Fisher Investments Security Team
  • Collaborate with internal security team to build / support process related to end point vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate with Engineering on a long-term vision to use Cloud-based solution to achieve efficiency, cost savings and a seamless end-user experience
  • Collaborate with Networking to insure a seamless, efficient, and secure use of Wi-Fi regardless of location
  • Create reports and present to executive management with factual documentation of issues identified and clear recommendation for mitigation of found vulnerabilities
  • Establish and maintain vulnerability management service level agreements and standards in partnership with the Cybersecurity organization
  • Measure and report on performance. Ensure all service-level agreements are met and goals are achieved
