What You"ll Do:
**Lead field investigations and engineering analysis, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
**Manage small to mid-size projects, with opportunities to work on more complex ones.
**Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, and project timelines.
**Review construction processes and data from lab and field tests.
**Collaborate with senior engineers on project strategy and execution.
**Supervise and mentor junior engineers, field staff, and technicians.
**Solve construction and design issues as they arise and provide technical recommendations.
**Prepare reports, proposals, and technical documentation for internal review and client updates.
**Communicate with clients and project teams on progress, findings, and next steps.

Job Requirements
What You Need:
**Bachelor"s degree in Civil Engineering.
**3+ years of civil engineering experience, focusing on project management and construction.
**EIT or EI certification required, and working toward PE licensure.
**Valid driver"s license with a clean driving record.
**Flexibility to work mostly 7 AM to 5 PM, with occasional night work.
