Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and support to clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure clients are well-informed and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends and changes in corporate law to provide the best possible legal advice.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- At least 3 years of experience practicing corporate law.
- Bar admission in the state of California and in good standing.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Compensation:
