Title: VP of Strategic Partnerships - SOW/MSP/VMS Accounts - IT STAFFING - REMOTE

Location: Remote Role with Travel

Skiltrek is a leading staffing firm that specializes in IT, Engineering, Finance, and other niche areas since 2004. The VP of Strategic Partnerships SOW / MSP / VMS oversees execution of our SOW / MSP strategy and relationship management nationwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing Skiltrek's Strategic Account Management function in the development and growth of Strategic Accounts in the SOW / MSP space. We are looking to rapidly grow our accounts and you will be rewarded with equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. The priority for this role is to add SOW/MSP/VMS accounts (business development - 80%) and provide input to the delivery model that works best for specific Clients/MSPs.
  2. Manage relationships with client executives, top decision makers, and sponsors within our strategic account base.
  3. Develop and strengthen senior customer relationships within large national/global accounts.
  4. Entry into new ecosystems, enterprise total talent management, and execution of key partner and SOW / MSP / VMS channel relationships.
  5. Build new and strengthen existing MSP Strategic Relationships with various organizations.
  6. Identify overflow projects in North America which require additional Strategic Partnerships to handle the workflow.

Other Experience Required:

  • Sales/Account Management: 5+ years sales, account, or relationship management for a solution/in a professional services industry, including managing a portfolio of key accounts.
  • MSP: 5+ years of knowledge and experience in MSP and/or RPO programs.
  • Management: 3+ years of people or project management experience.
  • Knowledge/Experience with relevant conferences such as SIA's CWS and the Executive Forum.

Total Compensation: $150K-1M+ (Base $65k-85k DOE). Uncapped commissions! Opportunity for equity after proven success. Be part of our executive team we are building for aggressive growth!
