The Practice Plastic Surgery is looking for an experienced patient coordinator to join our practice. The ideal candidate will be able to provide concierge-level service on the first phone call, through consultation and surgery. You must excel at consultative sales and have a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets, preferably in the luxury/high-end market space. We seek sharp, motivated people who are open to learning, are fast on a computer and love to work with people in a sales capacity.
Our office provides the highest standards of patient care and customer service. The successful candidate reflects the high quality of the practice in terms of professional appearance, demeanor, and education. Candidates must have outstanding sales, leadership, organizational, and relationship building skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years in a consultative sales role
- Ability to hit 200+ patient contacts per week
- Superb hustle
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of in and out-of-network insurance billing +
- Proficient in Word, Outlook & Excel
- Ability to run reports and track data
- A positive attitude and willingness to jump in to assist with additional tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- This is a full-time position. In addition to base salary there is an opportunity for bonus, with strong 6-figure potential in year one.
